Note: Our sales staff will assign technical personnel to provide the above 5 stages of technical guidance services based on the size and difficulty of the project and your requirements, but it is not limited to these 5 services. On-site services are divided into paid and free services.
Faulty Product Repair Service
If a faulty product occurs during the use of our company's products, we provide repair services. Repair services can generally be completed at the nearest overseas repair service station. For more complex repairs, the faulty product must be sent back to Shenzhen headquarters for completion.

However, due to various reasons, some property management companies contact our company to provide engineering maintenance and maintenance services. Our company can provide related services under the guidance of the engineering party. Generally, such services require cost charges.
