I. Common Malfunctions of Building Intercom Systems

　　1. The entire system is not working

　　Possible cause: Check if the two indicator lights on the power supply are on;

　　Check if the power supply connected to the host or video distributor is incorrectly connected or if there is a short circuit;

　　Solution: If the two power lights are not on, it means the power is not connected. Correctly connect the power cord;

　　Or the fuse on the 220V input line is blown and needs to be replaced.

　　A: Building intercom system with floor platforms: First, check if the intercom host is working properly (check the quality of the intercom host and the surrounding wiring), then check if each power supply is working properly (check the quality of the power supply and the surrounding wiring); Finally, check if each floor platform is working properly (check the quality of the floor platform and the surrounding wiring);

　　Possible cause: Check if the 18V video power supply from the power supply to the indoor unit is incorrectly connected through the circuit;

　　Solution: Correctly connect the power supply---video distributor---indoor unit power cord.

　　（Remarks: First check the video cable of the indoor unit, then check the power supply, and finally consider the quality of the indoor unit）

　　3. Intercom calls cannot be made, video can be turned on but there is no image

　　Possible cause: Check if there is a 12V output from the power supply, and if there is a 12V intercom power supply input on the door unit;

　　Solution: If there is no 12V output, replace the fuse on the power control board, or replace the power supply;

　　Correctly connect the power cord between the power supply and the door unit

　　（Remarks: This type of fault mainly focuses on the lines, and secondly on the quality of the building intercom equipment）

　　4. No ringing sound during calls, but there is video image and intercom is possible

　　Possible cause: Check if line No. 1 (Note: The line numbers vary among manufacturers) from the door unit to the handset is correctly connected, and if the handset itself is working properly, and if the handset is properly hung up;

　　Solution: Replace the handset with a good one to see if it works properly; If not, check if the wiring is correct;

　　5. After entering the floor number and room number of a certain resident, the host has a return ring

　　But the corresponding handset does not ring, and the visual handset has no grating and no image

　　Possible cause: The decoder floor number is not properly programmed, and the terminals on the decoder do not correspond to the corresponding room numbers;

　　Solution: Program the decoder floor number according to the instructions,

　　II. Common Malfunctions of Building Intercom Systems - Unable to Open Door

　　1. No users can open the door

　　Possible cause: Check if the wiring from the door unit to the power supply and from the door unit to the electric lock is correctly connected;

　　Check if the door opening line is correctly connected (line No. 2 for direct-press system, line No. 3 for digital system) (the door opening line to the electric lock is a 2-core line, it is recommended to use 0.5 square millimeter sheathed wire, the marking of the door opening line varies slightly among manufacturers, there is no unified standard);

　　Solution: (First) correctly connect the transmission line according to the wiring diagram, (and can be on-site) use the password door opening method to test the door opening,

　　If the electric lock can be opened, it proves that the door unit to the electric lock channel (no problem), the door unit to the power supply channel is normal;

　　The main line to the decoder line cannot open the door (below);
