　　 In the security project we built, it is estimated that it is prone to failure, and there may be many reasons for the failure, but when a failure occurs, how should we troubleshoot it? If you are not very clear about the brand maintenance and management of digital video intercom, let me explain to you:

　　 Failures are mainly manifested as: ignoring the video image, not unlocking, not hearing sound, not being able to make voice calls, not being able to unlock the lock with a password, not being able to swipe the card to unlock, and some other failures.

　　How can we solve the above failures?

　　 disregard. video image

When our indoor visual extension and the main unit at the door of the unit are working, the visual extension cannot display the video image in front of the main unit: first check whether the connection between the main unit camera and the control panel of the main unit is intact, and then take a closer look at the camera. Whether the head control panel is immersed in water (there is water immersion, the camera is probably damaged). At this time, if possible, use a monitor to test and connect the monitor to the video/frequency cable end of the host , Normal means the main video cable is faulty, abnormal means the host is faulty, then the video signal of the camera is directly connected to the monitor, normal means the host control board is faulty, and abnormal means the camera is faulty.

　　 do not open. lock

Any unlocking method other than mechanical unlocking and locking cannot be opened. Locking: first check whether the two ends of the electric lock cable are connected, and then use a multimeter to test the electric lock end. When opening the lock, whether there is more than 300 millimeters A momentary current flows through the unlocking and locking wires. If there is, the host and the unlocking and locking wires are normal. It is estimated that the electric lock is damaged. Please replace the electric lock for testing. If not, then open and lock the universal meter on the host to test. If there is, then the open and lock wire is faulty, and there is no indication that the host is faulty.

　　 can't hear the sound

　　 When any terminal and the host are in working condition, the host can hear: First, check whether the speaker cable of the host is connected properly, whether the speaker is damaged by long rust, you can find any speaker of similar size to replace and test.

　　 Cannot speak. Voice call

　　 When any terminal is working with the host, the host can’t hear the terminal speaking: first check whether the host’s microphone cable is connected properly and whether the microphone is damaged due to other reasons. If there is a chance, find a 52DB microphone to replace and test. (General extension microphones can be used with the host)

　　 can't encrypt. Code to open. Lock

　　Can't open with password. Most of the locks are caused by the host software failure, please send it back to the manufacturer for repair.

　　 cannot be opened by swiping the card.

　　 First check the wiring between the access controller and the host, and then check whether the antenna of the access controller is intact. You can use the method of replacing the access controller to test.
