　　The Guangxi Regional Government actively promotes the interconnection and sharing of public security video surveillance and the comprehensive governance visual network platform. More than 100,000 security video surveillance probes have been connected to the comprehensive governance visual network. Socially built video probes are gradually integrated into the comprehensive governance centers of townships (streets) and connected to the comprehensive governance visual network. These surveillance videos can be directly accessed and used on the Guangxi regional platform, providing important technological support for deepening the construction of a safe society.

The province has 185,000 public video surveillance probes, and social units have more than 1 million surveillance probes. The construction and networking application project plan for Changsha's public security video surveillance was released in June 2017. According to this plan, Changsha will fully utilize advanced information technologies such as "Internet+", mobile internet, internet of things, big data, and intelligent analysis to continuously innovate and improve the three-dimensional social security prevention and control system, comprehensively improve the level of modernization of social governance, and build a safer and more secure Changsha.

　　According to data released by the Sichuan Provincial Comprehensive Governance Office, by the end of December 2017, Sichuan Province had completed the construction of the "Snow Bright Project" in 14,087 villages and built 41,695 new surveillance probes. According to data disclosed by "Chang'an" magazine, in the five years since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the construction of the social security comprehensive governance visual network platform system has achieved full provincial coverage and is connected to 295 cities, 2,236 counties, and 2,773 townships.

　　Pingyi County, Linyi City, Shandong Province, is the birthplace of the "Snow Bright Project." To date, a total of 360,000 video cameras have been installed in Linyi City, achieving full coverage and seamlessness, effectively solving the problems of weak grassroots prevention and governance capabilities, dispersed resources, and single means. Shandong Province has installed a total of 2.93 million public security cameras and established 2,491 monitoring centers.
